David Uldricks, JD, LL.M.
Vice President, Legal and Corporate Planning
Responsible for driving internal strategy, David plays a key role, serving both coalition members and the organization as a whole. He provides support across all Coalition organizational functions. For our members, he provides consultation and program management through an account management role.
David has pharmacy benefits management (PBM) experience, having worked for SXC Health Solutions as director of industry relations. Prior to that, he served as director of operations for Pharmaceutical Horizons. There, he was responsible for the development, implementation and efficient operation of a stand-alone formulary, and for rebate management programs including pharmaceutical manufacturer contracting, rebate acquisition operations, rebate allocation and disbursement, and P&T committee operations. He has held positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, General Accident Insurance, Leader National Insurance Company and Rugby Labs.
David's undergraduate degree is from Ohio University. He earned his Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws degree from Capital University Law School.
