EyeMed Vision Care is EHPCO's sole vision care vendor. Two Signature Plan Designs offer comprehensive coverage at special negotiated rates to Employers Health members.

EyeMed is one of the leading vision benefits organizations in the country, with more than 140 million members and 3,000 clients, including sevearl EHPCO member organizations. EyeMed's plans are built on a diverse network of optometrists and ophthamologists and include access to independent providoers as well as LenCrafters, Sears OpticalSM, Target Optical, JCPenney Optical and most Pearle Vision Locations.

Vision Benefits continue to increase in demand. Employers have begun to realize the importance of comprehensive eye exams to the early detection and ongoing monitoring of serious health conditions like diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure. The Signature Plans developed by EHPCO and EyeMed cover annual eye exams, as well as save employees money on eyeglass and contact lens purchases.
